This is the way it’s going my friends. The council will keep cutting down on rubbish collection until it will be up to private enterprises to take away your rubbish for you. I came across this little number – which would appear to be someone attempting to start a rubbish collection service with their own car. He’s only got one car in his fleet and it would probably take him a week to do one street but it’s a start. Either that or it’s the result of some piss-heads putting a wheelie bin on top of some poor blokes car. Jury’s out on this one
