Shameless self-promotion Sunday…

“Look guys… he did it… he made a post… with words and everything… c’mere… come see!”

I know that I have been letting my responsibilities to the upkeep of this website slip a little… and you know, by a little I obviously mean completely. I am also aware that it is not enough to cruise by life contributing the occasional photograph via my Apple Macintosh cellular communication device and assuming that this will suffice. It won’t. I know this now.

So, I would like to start making more of a contribution in ways that best fit my… erm… “idiom, sir?” Yes, my idiom. Thank you, Conchord.

It is with this in mind that I have decided to start posting a few mixtapes here and there. Every once in a while I post playlists via my @cakedandgreen Twitter account and I felt like I should expand on that as the audio output where podcasts are concerned is limited to mine and Anthony’s ability to be in the same place at the same time. So, whilst we are waiting for the next available window for this to occur, I will occasionally be throwing out mixtapes of things that are lighting my embers at any particular time. These will be known as QE2 mxes. Nothing to do with P&O Ferries, mind.

Keep a tab on the quiteenjoy website for these as and when they appear, along with posts on our respective Facebook/Twitter accounts.
