Messed up Arkham city promotion

A little quality control goes a long way. Take for example this stand for the upcoming batman game “Arkham City”. It seems someone was busy doing something else while this was being cut out as they have clearly missed their mark, by quite a few centimetres too. Did someone honestly think this was good enough to send out or was it an honest mistake? Either way- saying sorry won’t give batman his ears back will it?
